Giusti blends sweet must from softly pressed white grapes with white wine vinegar, then matures the condiment in French oak barrels.

Serving suggestions
Use in vinaigrettes, dressings and marinades, or in place of rice vinegar, lemon juice or white wine vinegar. Suitable for salads, vegetables, fish, seafood, ceviche and fruit salads, and for adding to cocktails or soft drinks.
