Xavier Vignon Cuvée 100% brings together grapes from 156 elevated vineyard plots with sandy, clay and limestone soils. The blend includes 10% reserve wines, which add complexity and soften its structure. Maturation combines concrete tanks with French oak from Allier.
Its deep red colour introduces aromas of wild berries and plum, with cinnamon and pepper. The palate combines generous fruit with herbal and toasted notes, ripe tannins and a lasting finish.
